Caribbean themed lunch served in the Lakeside returns. Menu includes:
Chicken Calypso : Baked chicken with orange fresh herbs ginger and honey.
Cuban Picadillo: Ground beef in a rich tomato sauce cumin and capers Sweet Potato Chips or Mash Deep fried sweet potato with paprika, creamed sweet potato
Caribbean Veggies: Roasted aubergine courgette and peppers in Caribbean seasoning
Rice and Peas: Rice cooked with kidney beans coconut milk and fresh thyme
Caribbean Trifle: Chocolate cake with rum coconut and chocolate custard
Honey and Ginger Ice Cream
