Mark is an experienced healthcare business professional having held senior positions in health and social care since 2005 and has been part of the senior management team at Alpha Health Care since 2007. Mark is passionate about the delivery of high quality care and firmly believes that the everyday experience of each of our residents at Alpha Health Care should be one which makes a positive improvement to their quality of life.
Caroline is an experienced healthcare professional and operations director, having qualified as an RGN in 1993 Caroline went on to specialise in Care of the Elderly. Caroline has been responsible for the clinical operations of Alpha Health Care since 2007 and has been a key driver to the Quality Governance and Compliance programme across the business. Caroline is passionate about continuous improvement and development, focusing on enhancing our service delivery.
Care Home Manager – Lakeview Care Home
Felicity has recently joined us. She has many years senior management experience working with a diverse range of client groups, predominantly adults. She has worked as a Home Manager, Clinical and Operations Director and in Quality Assurance roles.
Felicity originally trained as a general and orthopaedic nurse. She went on to manage social services care homes and developed a huge interest in supporting people who live with dementia.
Felicity’s vision is to help Lakeview to become a centre of excellence for people with dementia that builds on their strengths and maximises their autonomy, choice, independence and skills, so that they can maintain fulfilled lives with self worth and value.
Lisa is a registered mental health nurse with over 12 years experience working within elderly nursing and complex dementia care, progressing from staff nurse through to being a unit lead, deputy manager and home manager. As Training Manager for Alpha Health Care Lisa is using her years of nursing experience to ensure that training is delivered in a practical, engaging and resident centred way. Lisa is proud of her role in elderly care and the positive difference it can make to the lives of the residents within our care.
Human Resource Manager
Louise is Chartered Member of the CIPD with over 20 years experience within Human Resources Management, gained from working in various business sectors. As an HR Manager at Alpha Health Care, Louise is using her experience to provide guidance and support in the delivery of effective employee relations, recruitment, resourcing and staff well-being.
Deputy Manager – Lakeview Care Home
Tracy joined the team at Lakeview in 2006 after qualifying as a Registered General Nurse. She progressed to Unit lead and completed a NVQ level 4 in Health and Social Care and Level 5 in Management and gained a BSC in Dementia Studies. Tracy is now the Deputy Care Home Manager of this busy home and a qualified Dementia Care Mapper.
Tracy is really passionate about her role and being able to make a difference to someone’s life either directly or indirectly through sharing her experiences and knowledge with her staff to influence best outcomes for people who are at their most vulnerable.
