Nina Tudorache
Clinical Deputy Manager – Lakeview Care Home
Nina joined Alpha Health Care in December 2023 as a Clinical Lead and quickly proved herself as a compassionate and committed professional. Now Clinical Deputy Manager at Lakeview Care Home, Nina brings a strong passion for palliative care and nursing dementia. She is known for her warm approach and willingness to go the extra mile to support both Service Users and colleagues. Her dedication and clinical expertise make her a valued member of the leadership team.

Kelly Webb Singh
Care Home Manager – Hampton Court Care Home
Kelly qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 2012 and began her career with Alpha Health Care at Lakeview Care Home the same year. Over the course of seven years, she developed her skills as a nurse before progressing to Unit Lead on the Complex Dementia Unit. After returning to the group in December 2023 as an RGN, Kelly was appointed Care Home Manager at Hampton Court Care Home in February 2026.
With extensive experience in dementia nursing, complex dementia, and end-of-life care, Kelly is passionate about supporting residents with complex needs and working closely with mental health professionals to ensure the very best care.

Leanne Burns
Deputy Care Home Manager – Waters Edge
Leanne started her career at Alpha Health Care within Lakeview Care Home over 11 years ago. Since moving across from Lakeview to be part of Waters Edge’s team in September 2019 Leanne has worked tirelessly to support and work with the Waters Edge team to provide exceptional person centred care to our residents. Leanne’s previous experience of working within our Complex Dementia service and the training and experience gained in progressing from Carer to Senior Carer has helped create a real connection, empathy and understanding of the unique care and behavioural needs of individuals with dementia.

Lisa Wiles
Training Manager
Lisa is a registered mental health nurse with over 21 years experience working within elderly nursing and complex dementia care, progressing from staff nurse through to being a unit lead, deputy manager and home manager. As Training Manager for Alpha Health Care Lisa is using her years of nursing experience to ensure that training is delivered in a practical, engaging and resident centred way. Lisa is proud of her role in elderly care and the positive difference it can make to the lives of the residents within our care.
