Alpha Care Homes was set up to meet the need for small homely environments where service users could feel safe and comfortable whilst leading as active a life as possible. It is our aspiration to provide homes where staff can feel pride in their work and service users can receive a holistic approach to their care with the highest possible standards. It is our objective to provide a culture and an environment where staff feel they belong and feel happy in their jobs and service users feel their contribution is valued in the development of services.
